Single, cosy, room for rent in Tonbridge.

I have a single cosy room for rent, and looking for a quiet friendly working LADY to come and share my home with me and one other lady lodger.. We are a quiet and happy house, considering each other.

I am a retired, friendly, very busy widow living with my 3 cats,. I am also a foster carer for kittens for the RSPCA. The other lady works in a care home. I am out and about nearly every day, socialising.

I am usually in evenings, busy doing something or watching TV, and happy to sit with lodger or there is a TV in the bedroom.

I have a lovely garden with 5 seating areas, and a pond with seating round to watch the fish.

Obviously do not reply if you're allergic or don't like cats as they are important members of the household..

We all do our own cooking, you have ½ a fridge to yourself and space in the freezer, and a cupboard & rack in the kitchen to keep your food.

I am quite happy to chat, or you can keep yourself to yourself. I am involved in Tonbridge organisations, and it is a lovely place to live in with lots going on.

With two females, it would be much appreciated if males do not apply, and any application please write as much about yourself as possible.

I just ask for a small holding deposit to confirm your intention.
I expect the room to be kept clean and tidy.
The rent is to be paid monthly in advance - on the same date each month as you arrived.
