The house is situated in a quiet one-way road with permit parking and is a 5 minute walk from Tonbridge station and the town centre. All local amenities, gyms, cafes, restaurants, library, swimming pool and park are within easy walking distance.

The shared accommodation includes – fully fitted kitchen, lounge, bathroom and utility room/downstairs w. c. To the rear of the house is a patio area and garden laid to lawn. Facilities include Broadband, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The landlords do not live at the house.
