One double room

Large double room in a lovely Victorian house in a no through road. Very close to the One Stop on Shipbourne Road and several takeaways. It's only a 15 min walk to Tonbridge station, and a 3 minute walk into town.

The room has a king size double bed, wardrobe, two chest of drawers and its own TV aerial point. It's a light room at the front of the house. The main bathroom is shared and there is another wc downstairs. The kitchen has two Neff ovens, a dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob as well as a small wine fridge.

The double room is for single occupancy. I'm easy going and looking for a similar housemate, preferably someone who works 9-5pm to share with myself and one other housemate. Someone who likes to share a glass of wine now and then. If you're looking for a home, rather than just a room, feel free to get in touch. Long or short term let possible. Must be a non smoker.
