The property had two off road parking spaces of which one is for the tenant. The house is 5-10 mins walking distance to Weald of Kent, Tonbridge Girls Grammar, Judd and many of the local primary schools.
The house is well kept, luxurious and heated very nicely. There is a good sized garden.
The room is cleaned by a professional cleaner fortnightly which is included in the monthly charge.
Bit about myself. I am a school teacher working part time whilst I study to retrain as a Pilates instructor. I am not really a drinker. I live a very quiet life. I am vegan, enjoy cooking and also like to practice Pilates.
I would be willing to consider a Monday to Friday let for a reduced amount.
