Super King Sized - Tudor House - 10m to Train

I have a very large house in Tonbridge.

I tend to live abroad most of the time these days, and currently rent one of the bedrooms to a long term tenant (3 years). I am looking at the option of renting out the largest bedroom, with a superking sized bed and a dressing area.

Use of very large lounge, and kitchen diner.

Broadband, washing machine.

10 minute walk to Tonbridge Station. 3 minute walk to Tonbridge High Street.

This is a very much loved and historic house, originally built in 1502. I am therefore looking for respectful tenant, who will treat it kindly.

My preference is for female tenants, as my experience indicates that they will take better care of the property.

I live overseas much of the time, but will be maintaining a room at the house, for the occasions that I visit the uk.
