Double room for single use in central Tonbridge

Double room for single occupancy available in central Tonbridge (5 min walk to the train station, 1 min to Sainsbury’s superstore). Furnished as shown on the pictures above. All bills included, (unless the heating bill will be huge then we would need to amend this accordingly), unfortunately there’s no parking available.

We are both busy professionals working two jobs and are looking for someone who works 5-6 days a week with fixed shift pattern and like us sees the house as a place of rest and appreciates peace. No overnight guests please.
