The living space will be shared by one other lovely 32 year old professional female who works in the office 5 days a week and is a very clean and tidy individual so looking for someone who is similar.

Tonbridge station is only a Lon 8 min walk with excellent transport links to London every 20 minutes, Ashford, Tunbridge Wells, Canterbury, Redhill and the coast.

Rent includes all bill apart from electric which normally comes to £35 a month (electric only house)

This room is available to females only as I want my current housemate to feel comfortable with the person she is living with. No couples or pets.
