The flat and area is in a quiet residential area, working single professionals only, no couples, children or students.

There is superfast WiFi, 2mins from the park, 4mins from the high street and bus stops, 4mins from the easy side entrance of Tonbridge train station which is a 30min direct train to London Bridge/Waterloo East/CharingX. This flat is commuters paradise.

You'll be sharing with one other. The flat is clean, cosy, very modern and spacious with a balcony. The building has quiet time 10pm - 7am.

You'll love being here. There is a large park next door, with a river and woodland walks for miles.
