Hello, I have a 3 bedroom house available to rent.. The rooms are being rented out as one double room and another double with a large single room attached.

Room 1 is a Loft conversion, double room with a stairway leading to the second single room. This layout is ideal for a two people looking to share but desiring separate sleeping spaces., a couple with a child, a professional looking for office space or a private lounge area, somebody with a pet that they would more space, or friends that are happy to buddy up in the two rooms available.

Room 2 is taken, a young man who works locally, very friendly and respectful.

The property comprises of a communal lounge area, a kitchen, bathroom and garden. This is a lovely area to live in, there is on street parking, permit parking during one hour of the day (between 9.30-10.30am and 1-2pm). The local train station is a 5 min walk, as well as local store and supermarkets and everything you need.

The property has had new wooden flooring and carpets throughout, newly painted and decorated. Gas central heating, bills are included, internet available. Rooms are currently unfurnished. If you have your own furniture you can move in as it is, if you require furniture, it will be furnished before your move in date.
