Double room available in 2BR house (with cats!)

Large double room available in our 2 bedroom (+ office) home. The house is light and airy with open-plan living on the ground floor with French doors opening onto a deck overlooking a long garden (a glorious suntrap). At the bottom of the garden is the lovely Woodland Walk and stream.

The house is fully equipped with the usual, the broadband is fast, and all bills are included. There’s on-street parking available and there’s a great little set of shops and take-away restaurants within 5 mins walk. You would be sharing with me, a 50 year-old, easy-going, and quiet Aussie/Brit, and my 3 kitty cats.

I am looking for another chilled person who is good with cats. A veggie or vegan would be great but if not, I’m happy to find a compromise. Available now.
