Small single room

I am a retired ex-professional who has been renting out a room (sometimes rooms!) in my house for years.
The room is a small one (about 9 ft by 8 ft ) and would really 𝐎𝐍𝐋𝐘 𝐒𝐔𝐈𝐓 someone who did not want to live full time out of it. ( I. e working in Tonbridge or London and spending weekends elsewhere) although the last tenant lived out of it for 5 years quite happily! If you only require the room for a few days a week we can probably work something out. It is lightly furnished with bed and drawers and I can probably obtain what other bits of furniture you may require. The room is too small to hold very much! Alternatively the room can be rented to you empty. An amount of separate storage is 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 for stuff you may not want to keep in your room with you (bikes, little used stuff etc)
The kitchen is quite large , with table etc and a shared space, although most of the time you would have it to yourself.
Parking is not a problem if you have a car. The house is a 10 minute walk from Tonbridge Train station which has fast trains to London.
Please only apply if you like a very quiet life and keep sensible 9-5 type working hours. I am friendly enough but keep myself to myself. There is effectively no communal life so please respect that. Most people who have lived here have wanted that and enjoyed it!
My aim is to supplement my income with as little inconvenience as possible.
