This advert is for a room to rent from the 29th April (or possibly before by discussion) in a good sized 3 bedroom end of terrace two minutes from town and about 20 seconds from the station if you're pushed for time!
This used to be my house and so is of a decent standard and still has my flat screen TV and furniture in - it comes fully furnished. It is in good order, recently redecorated and the bathroom has recently been refreshed. Nice clean property! For single occupancy only. All you need to move in is bedding - bed provided. Bills are included - this includes light, heat, water, council tax, broadband etc etc and totals £750pcm. The house has everything you could need including oven, hob, microwave, washer dryer, broadband, cable, TV, garden with table chairs and BBQ etc etc
It will be to share with two others.
There is a kitchen, dining room and sitting room and three bedrooms upstairs - it’s quite a spacious house and not overcrowded like so many of these houses.
I don't mind if you smoke or not but it is a non smoking house inside.
It's an easygoing house - be sociable if you want to or chill out in your room. Just be nice and friendly and look after the place, keep it clean and tidy and everyone will have an enjoyable life - as long as you're reasonably civilised, respect the others you live with and the house itself.
