Upstairs lovely double room for a single person who would like a comfortable life at front of 4 bedroom semi detached house. Double bed, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, desk and chair. Views over the rooftops to the north down in the distance. Plenty of space (largest room in the house) Shared bathroom, kitchen, lounge/diner and garden with decking. Clean, tidy and nice decoration. Friendly professional housemates, 2 male and 1 Brazilian and 1 Indonesian female.
Gas central heating, electric, water, wi-fi bills inc. council tax band D included, large TV in lounge/diner. Parking in road with Council permit. Convenient for Station, approx 10 mins walk. Bus stop end of road. 15 minute walk to shops, high street and lovely park.
Suit young professional types as a suggestion who are not noisy and disturbing. This is a happy quite relaxing house. Call if interested as i don't check this site daily.
