My name is Andrea I'm 52 and I'm looking for someone to rent my double spare room with own bathroom and use of all facilities. The property is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat with a lovely balcony overlooking the park and river. Only 5 minutes walk from Tonbridge station and the high street with shops and restaurants just at the end of the road. There are 2 gyms in my road for those who like to keep fit. You will have use of all the facilities including parking. I work in kingshill and when Im home I like to chill out and watch TV as well as going out socialising.
