Light Double Bedroom Overlooking The Rear Garden

Bright double bedroom overlooking the back garden in a large four bedroom Victorian semi detached house. The room is for single occupancy. We are two house mates looking for a third person to join us. Preferably a professional, 9-5pm working person, who is easy going and is looking for a home, not just a room.

The house is just across the road from the One Stop at the Tonbridge School end of town. So it's handy for Fuggles and Havet and there are plenty of take away shops on the doorstep.

The bathroom Is shared and there are also two separate loos. One of which is next to this bedroom and is pretty much exclusively used by this room alone. All bills and Virgin broadband 100mbs included. The kitchen is brand new with Neff bake off style oven, dishwasher and Siemens induction hob and washing machine, as well as a wine cooler. Small South facing garden which the kitchen opens out on to.
