Large Double Room in Central Tonbridge

Lovely, large double bedroom available to rent just off Tonbridge High Street. The location is perfect for the mainline station (about 7 minutes brisk walk away), and is right beside supermarkets, shops, coffee shops and a petrol station.
The flat is part of a new build that was built in 2015 with lift access to all floors. The flats are very spacious, as are the communal areas.
I have a very cute (and quiet) dachshund (sausage dog) who lives with me, but he is very friendly and would probably appreciate a stroke or pat!
The room is clean, bright and furnished and, as the master bedroom has an ensuite, you would mostly have main use of the main bathroom in the mornings.
Parking is available in the Waitrose car park adjacent to the block of flats.
You would be welcome to use the kitchen to store food and prepare meals in there, but as the living room area is small, I would ask that you spend spare time in your room rather than the living room area to give each other privacy. The room is large enough to fit a small sofa/arm chair in if you wish to do so.
I am looking for either a male or female lodger, but ideally I am looking for someone quiet, clean and tidy. No overnight visitors permitted (or not without seeking prior permission).
I work full time as a teacher, and am often busy with musical hobbies such as choir rehearsals. I do sometimes have friends and family round.
I am open to short-term lodgers, but would always ask for a calendar month's notice.
I am also open to a Monday-Friday lodger.
