1 x single room available in a shared terraced house.
I'm looking for 1 professional person who is friendly & easy to live with.
The home owner/Landlord, Danny usually only lives there for about 6 months per year as he goes travelling so there will only be 1 other tenant for about 4-6 months of the year.
For the harmony of the household, we have found that 2 female tenants work best.
Danny is a lovely, older gent who feels more comfortable with women in the house, which he hopes you will think of as a home.

£500 pcm inc bills for the single room.
This also includes a cleaner who cleans the communal areas of the house.
Very close to the lovely Dunorlan Park.
10 mins walking distance to the town centre & 15 mins walk to the train station.
Shared kitchen & bathroom.
Restricted Parking is available. Small garden.
