Double room in 3-bed house

I am single, professional male and have just moved into my first house.

I am open to the idea of a short term lodger (probably not more than 3 months, although if it works well for both of us would consider extending), so this would be ideal for someone who needs a short term fix or stop gap. Also happy to consider a weekday let for someone who works nearby but goes home at the weekend.

Its a lovely semi-detached house on a quiet cul-de-sac; living room, dining room, kitchen, three beds and shared bathroom. The room for rent is a double (not furnished as a bedroom yet but I have a double to put in it and there is plenty of wardrobe space in the third bedroom which I currently have set up as a dressing room). The bathroom would be shared.

I work in London during the week so like the house to be a peaceful, relaxed environment to unwind and recharge, so no late night ravers, party people or drum enthusiasts please. I am an occasional smoker, but only in the garden - it is non smoking inside the house.
