We've got a large 1st floor 3-bedroom flat located near the centre of Tunbridge Wells, close to a local Sainsbury's and TWells town centre. High Brooms and Tunbridge Wells station within walking distance.

The flat is located on a nice quiet road (other than a bit of traffic in the morning rush). The room is a double bedroom, has an ensuite shower + WC and is unfurnished, so you can make it your own as and how you see fit!
The room and ensuite are being redecorated in the next few weeks before the next tenant moves in so will be in great shape for you!

There is a spacious kitchen with microwave, oven, gas hob, washing machine and dishwasher.

There is a small living room that you can use at your pleasure with a TV and space to hang your washing (or at least we do!)

A little bit about us, we are a chilled bunch here. Our home is our sanctuary and a space for us to relax, and we don't tend to get up to too many shenanigans. Both of us are homebodies and enjoy our down time here.

We're looking for someone who enjoys movies, all things techy and geeky and is looking for a nice quiet place to relax and enjoy their free time.

If you'd like to see the flat you can meet with either both or at least one of us to have a look around and get to know us a bit.

We would ideally want someone to move in by the 29th January, but we can be flexible as we understand the ins and outs of moving! The rent includes, council tax, utility bills and broadband.
