Looking for a professional person to share the flat I rent. Its in a gated community between Tunbridge Wells and Pembury with easy access to the A21 and Hospital and all local amenity's.

Its a double room with its own bathroom and balcony, the room has a large built in wardrobe.

All bills are included, the flat has a large well equipped
Gym in the basement you can use and parking is never a problem. Obviously the complex is super secure, there is storage for a bike in the underground car park should you cycle.

Im relaxed and friendly and clean and not at the flat that much as my girlfriend lives in London close to where i work so I spend time there. Male or female, no couples please.
