**THE HOUSE**

This beautiful house has been finished to a high standard and has a stunning contemporary kitchen and dining area in addition to a living area with comfy sofas, TV and DVD. There is a rear garden for relaxing after work in the summer sun and a shed for bike storage. The front drive has a parking space and there are no parking restrictions on the road. It has 6 bedrooms in total.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with dishwasher, double oven, two fridge/freezers, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.

**ALL INCLUSIVE**

The rent includes electricity, gas, water, council tax, high speed broadband, plus TV license and weekly cleaner for communal areas so moving in is no hassle. The kitchen is fully equipped including crockery, cutlery, glasses, pans and cookware.

**BEDROOM**

This small double bedroom has stylish furniture including a double storage bed, large chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table and additional storage cupboard.

There is also a TV/Ethernet point.

This room shares a bathroom with only one other housemate, and this is cleaned regularly.

**THE HOUSEMATES**

All the housemates are working people in their 20s and 30s. We reference all our tenants to maintain a happy and enjoyable shared environment in the house. The housemates have a good balance of respecting each other's space but also living in a friendly and social environment.

Sorry no smoking or pets and the room is for single occupancy only, not for couples.

**LOCATION**

In safe residential area close to St Johns area on no through road.

Within easy reach of shops, pubs, cafes, Tunbridge Wells sports centre, town centre, Retail Park and Hospital. There is a bus route close by and the train station is 12 minutes walk away with easy access to London.
