Large double room in amazing upside down house!

Hi There, I have a lovely 3 bed detached town house with one large double room to rent. The room can be partially furnished or non-furnished at no extra cost. furniture can include King size bed with mattress, blinds, chair & chest of drawers there is also a small desk/vanity unit that is attached to the wall. The room has plenty of power points and also a TV aerial.

The whole property has gas central heating with double glazing throughout. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms and the main bathroom complete with walk in shower and separate bath.
Then upstairs in this lovely upside down house there is a large kitchen, W. C, living area and an outdoor decking area. Kitchen includes large fridge freezer, washing machine, Bosch oven & gas hob, dishwasher, kettle toaster, microwave & sandwich toaster.

I have since moved in new furniture, plants, mirrors, dining room table etc etc basically the house now looks even better than in the photos. The upstairs lounge area has a W. C, dining area, log burner, wooden parquet flooring with french doors that open out onto a little private decking area with a small BBQ, table and chairs.

I am not looking to rent the third bedroom out as this is a study. So it would be just myself you, and my girlfriend who comes to stay normally around 3 days a week with her little dog Izzy in the house.
I’m an easy to live with no drama kind of guy looking for a tenant, I’m also happy with Monday to Friday lets (lower rent) or if needed a short term let if this helps. Smokers are fine but no smoking in the house only outside.

Parking wise there is permit parking available and temporary parking all on street. Dunorlan park is right across the road which is great to run around feed the ducks, picnic or even canoe or jump on a pedalo round the lake. There’s a local convenience store two minute’s walk away and down to Tunbridge wells station takes about 12 to 15 minutes walk. You’ve got easy access to the top end of town, station and lower part of town so great location really. Council tax, water, electricity, gas, Netflix, full sky package & upgraded fibre broadband are all included in the rent. I look forward to hearing from you!
