Large Double in friendly house share

Large top floor split-level flat in a Victorian house on a quiet road close to main town (10 minute walk), train stations (in between Tunbridge Wells and High Brooms) and shops.

The flat is lovely and big, with high ceilings and lots of natural light. There is a spacious, comfortable and homely living room, large bathroom, separate toilet and laundry cupboard, and plenty of storage and a cellar There is free on-road parking right outside. We have a small front garden and large back garden.

There are three large double bedrooms, two at the front of the house and one at the back. The bedroom at the back will be available from the 6th August. It is unfurnished but has a large built in wardrobe. There is plenty of space for a double bed and chest of drawers. The rest of the flat has been largely furnished.

We are a 25 year old and 27 year old who have busy jobs and social lives but enjoy having a glass of wine in the flat together too.

We're looking for a friendly, sociable, clean and tidy person to join us. It's important for us to live with someone else who will treat our house as a home.

We split the bills and rent between ourselves, but it works out at £450pp pcm.
