Lovely bedroom in 2 bed flat by the Pantiles

Hi there, I am moving out of my lovely shared 2 bedroom flat in Tunbridge Wells, just around the corner from the Pantiles! I live with a lovely friend of mine - in her 20s who is without a doubt the best flatmate anyone could ever have. The room is available until the end of February 2020 when the tenancy ends. The rent will be paid directly to the estate agents and excludes bills. Bills amount to around £150 a month but do vary depending on how much water/heating is being used etc.

I have attached photos of the room, bathroom and kitchen - there is also a large, furnished living room with a great vinyl player, comfy sofa and 4 seater dining table.

Your room can come as furnished as you wish - I would ask for £20 per item. These are...
