Well we are currently seeking an housemate to join our home! We are a young (ish) couple who have a room available! The property is very close (7 mins) away from the station and under 10 to get to the pantiles. Great location!
The room is up in a attic, it’s like a mini studio without a kitchen. It’s a very spacious bedroom, it’s own walk in shower. All furniture is brand new and comes with the rental.
The house it’s self is a 4 bedroom house, but it’s only James and I which occupied the house. Ideally looking for a Monday to Friday rental a with with occasional weekend stay overs. Please feel free to contact us for a tour. Please see picture for the house details (kitchen with breakfast bar, separate dining room and separate living room - Including all sky packages and Netflix.).
