The kitchen has a dishwasher, two fridges and a freezer.
The house is very central , 5 mins walk to the station and shops and restaurants. It is a homely house, the two current tenants are professionals. The bedroom is light and sunny and has a double bed, wardrobe and side table. There is plenty of room in the house, two reception rooms so that you would not feel on top of each other. From chatting to the other tenants the bills are reasonable ( approx. £150 to £180- £200 per month at the moment) and they are split three ways. This room is available for an initial short term tenancy which can be extended.
