My flat is spacious (70 sq. m.), modern, new -built, clean 2-bedroom ground floor flat with access to the secluded garden, indoors utility room, cloakroom. Bike shed and nearby parking.
You will have a furnished, master en-suite double room nicely decorated with spacious and clean shower/ lavatory for your own use. The room is fully carpeted and furnished with a king-size double bed, working space/desk, shelving, mirrors, cabinets, TV, wardrobe etc.
Modern amenities: fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker/oven, microwave, broadband.
Area: Quiet, private road in a sought-after Central Tunbridge Wells. 5-10 mins to the town centre/shops, forest, 15mins walk to the station.
Tenants: 1 Single. Professionals preferred. Students considered.
Vetting: References, bank statements and deposit are required. Tenancy agreement to be signed. Min 12 months, with extension for the right tenants.
References from my previous lodger can also be available.
Bills included except for energy until Oct 2024 (the energy is likely to be at least an additional £50 a month). Deposit will be discuss at the viewing.
