Description
Our current flatmate has been offered a job in London so we are looking for a friendly new flatmate. I have lived in the flat for 1 year and the other flatmate has been here for 6 months. We are both professional women in our early twenties and spend a lot of time in London when we’re not working. We would prefer to live with a female flatmate.
The bedroom is unfurnished and fits a double bed.
There is one main bathroom which is very nicely done and contains a bathtub with a shower in it. There is also a small WC downstairs. I work shifts so I’ve never had an issue with sharing the bathroom between 3. The property has a washer/dryer and a dishwasher.
We are very friendly and social and would prefer any potential flatmate to be on the same page, we love a chat over a glass of wine / espresso martini but also lead our own lives. You should be clean and respectful and work a professional job.
Bills and council tax are not included in the rent and will be approx an additional £100-150 each per month (dependant on how much gas and electric is being used). There is permit parking on the street outside if you have a car, I’ve never had an issue with finding a space.
It’s also entirely possible that our landlord will raise the rent (hopefully only slightly) but the rent may be subject to change.
The place is available from the 28th of June but we need someone in by 28th July at the latest.
