Flat share in central Tunbridge Wells

Intro
I’m looking for a flatmate to rent my spare room out to. I would therefore be the live-in landlord. The flat is outside London, just by the train station in Tunbridge Wells - about a 45 minute train journey to London Bridge.

About the flat:
The flat is modern and comes with an outdoor terrace and a car parking space in a private underground garage. There are two bathrooms, I have an en-suite so the “main” bathroom would be largely for the renter.
Hopefully the pics attached show the shared living space, spare room and bathroom clearly enough.
The building has 9 flats total and is next to a large park, a big Sainsburies, a gym, and a good selection of pubs, bars and restaurants nearby, and is very close to the station.
I honestly love living in Tunbridge Wells and would be more than happy to give a tour of the town to any prospective lodgers who might not know the area.

About me:
I’m so glad you asked! I’m 31, gay, have lived in Tunbridge Wells for most of my life, but work up in London as a data analyst in the real estate sector. While my office is in London, I tend to WfH a couple of days a week.
I’m fairly introverted and tend to keep to myself when at home, but enjoy the odd chat or trip to the pub with a flatmate.

Details
Rent would be £740pm, including bills (Covering water, energy, council tax, internet)
Deposit would be one months rent (£740)
Council tax band is D.

I can be flexible on timings and lengths of tenancies.
