Double Room with Ensuite to rent near the Pantiles

Hi all,

I have a spare double room in a spacious 2 bedroom modern flat just near the Sussex Arms in Tunbridge wells. The room comes with exclusive use of the main bathroom and a private car parking space.

Looking for a fellow flatmate and I am fairly relaxed over tenancy length.

All of the bills are included and will stay in my name.

Bit about me, I am easy going and work in property up in London. I am a busy person and tend not to spend too much time in the flat however am friendly and social.

Looking for a flatmate who is also quite independent and will be out and about quite often.
