Great location off St John’s Road. 5 minutes walk to town centre and to the local shops. 12 minutes walk to the main station and about 20 minutes walk to High Brooms. The room is fully furnished. There is a double bed, freestanding wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers, desk and chair, fully carpeted and curtains. There is a communal garden and outside seating area. We are looking for someone like us who is in a professional position, tidy, considerate and sociable. Our current lodger has lived with us for the last 18 months and is moving out at the end of June.
