Looking for a tidy, happy person to share my spacious flat, Monday - Friday (reduced rate) or seven nights a week.
The flat is one of eight in a handsome Victorian manor house, situated on a quiet, tree lined road, approximately 15-minute walk from the Pantiles, 12 minutes walk to Lidl and Sainsburys, and 20 minutes to Tunbridge Wells station. Off street parking is available, on-street too; no permit required.( Five-minute walk to Hargate Forest for delightful walks.

A lovely large, spacious, light double room with double bed (and a single), storage and shared use of bathroom. Shared garden. WiFi. and bills included.

This is a room let in my own home and not a house share. Will consider shorter lets on a weekly basis @£200 per week (Monday to Friday) again to be paid in advance of the period commencing and a deposit will be required.
