I am a 44 year old professional female. I don’t spend much time in the house as I work in London Monday - Thursday and get home around 7.30pm. The house has 2 double bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. 2 reception areas (one is open plan kitchen area with large table to work from home). I have a front and back garden with sun loungers. I have an 8 year old daughter that stays over in my room Friday and Saturday nights. Location is amazing! Right on a beautiful park. 10 mins walk through the park to High Brooms station. 10 mins walk to RVP. Very quiet road. I don’t drink alcohol so not looking for a party person and would prefer alcohol to not be in the house. Please get in touch!
