Located in quiet cul-de-sac with parking available outside the house. ( Council tax band D). It is within 30 mins walk of Lidl, Sainsbury's and the Pantiles and 15 mins to Common. There is a regular (every 20mins) bus service from Sainsbury's to rail station and town centre. I am the resident landlady and am easy going, looking for tidy and considerate lodger.
