Sunny double room in quiet cul-de-sac

Sunny double room for single occupancy in centrally heated semi detached house, with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space.. Kitchen/utility has washing machine, large fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven and microwave. The house is well furnished and decorated and has a large sunny garden to the rear and shady terrace.. All bills included in rent. It is next door to a bluebell wood. There is ample parking in the road outside the house. I don't have a car and my neighbours only have one car each whereas there is space for 2 cars outside each house Situated 20-25 mins walk to Lidl, Sainsbury's and the Pantiles and 15 mins to Common There is a regular bus service from Sainsbury's (every 20 mins) to the rail station and town centre. I am the resident landlady and am easy going - looking for a tidy and responsible lodger. Please note whoever takes the room will be my sole lodger and that I am (a young) 64 years of age.
