Spacious double room for single occupancy, with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. It is equipped with a halogen heater for extra heat in winter, air cooler for the summer and an electric clothes dryer. The house is centrally heated, well furnished and decorated and has a large sunny garden to the rear and shady terrace for al fresco dining. All bills included in rent. It is next door to a bluebell wood. There is ample parking in the road outside the house. I don't have a car and my neighbours only have one car each whereas there is space for 2 cars outside each house Situated 20-25 mins walk to Lidl, Sainsbury's and the Pantiles and 15 mins to Common There is a regular bus service from Sainsbury's (every 20 mins) to the rail station and town centre. I am the resident landlady and am easy going - looking for a tidy and responsible lodger.
