Tunbridge Wells - large bedsit - with living room

Although the size of the accommodation is "double" it is let for single overnight accommodation. This does not prevent you from having visitors but they may not stay over.

This is the fourth of four bedsitting rooms. All four share the bathroom (with power shower over) and separate lavatory. The current residents are all female and expect that the new resident will be female.

The rent of £500 per month includes council tax and water rates. You pay your own individually metered electric for cooking and heating - and for the in-house "launderette". These costs average about £40-£60 per month over a full year. You pay £50 every month "on account" for this with an annual reconciliation ,so the standing order will be for £550 pcm.

The bedroom and the living room, which contains the kitchen area, are fully equipped. The rooms are on the first floor of the house.

Limited wi-fi is available - for mails and web searches etc but not for heavy downloads.

All residents are in full time employment. We require that you can demonstrate that you can pay your rent and bills. Guarantors are possible.

References, employer’s and personal are essential.

The house is a 10-15 minute walk from TW town centre and is on the 277 bus route.

We live on the ground floor of the property so we can normally sort out any problems pretty quickly.
