Room in house available - Tunbridge Wells

We are a married couple (29 & 30) looking to rent out our spare bedroom. We are a friendly, sociable couple looking for a working professional of a similar age to ourselves, ideally, who will treat our home with the same love and respect that we do.

Part-time let (Mon-Fri) is preferable and would be £600pcm, but happy to discuss full-time if required which would be £700pcm. All bills are included in this, including Sky TV and streaming services.

We live on a quiet residential street in a three-storey terraced house with a garden, together with our sweet little cat, Chloe. The house is situated within a 15-minute walk of Tunbridge Wells town centre and a 10-minute walk from High Brooms train station.

The room was recently refurbished and is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. There is a reception room on the same floor where you can relax and watch TV in private, if you wish, as there is another living area in the open-plan kitchen downstairs.

There is a newly renovated shared bathroom at the top of the house and a separate downstairs toilet.

We both work in London on a hybrid basis. Typically, one of us will be working from home in the garden office, but you are welcome to use it if we are not.
