Spacious doubor en-suite in St John’s

I have a lovely double room with en-suite available to rent until early May.
I own the flat and live here with my cavapoo, Bobby. It’s a spacious top floor flat with south facing kitchen and living room so is light and sunny. It’s located at the top of Queens Road in the St John’s area of Tunbridge Wells, so walking distance to town and the station but also has a mini Tesco, Sainsbury’s and other shops and cafes within a minutes’ walk. There is free parking on Queens Road and you’ll have access to the shared garden as well.
The room is spacious and has a chest of drawers for storage but I can also get a clothes rail for hanging clothes. There is a loo and sink off the bedroom and a separate shower. The room is at the back of the flat so is nice and quiet.
I work during the week and Bobby comes to work with me.
