Awesome furnished double room in TN1

Furnished double bedroom for SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY. The bedroom has its original stripped floorboards and is furnished with a UK standard king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and a chair. The family bathroom is on the ground floor with more or less sole use as the property has 2 bathrooms..

Preference is for someone 30+ years old with life experience and maturity as I have shared with folks in various countries before. This is for single occupancy only. I will not consider two people sharing the room, neither a couple.

Note that the stairs to 1st floor bedroom are steeper than normal in this lovely old Victorian house.
Share with a northern European male in his 50's who currently work from home, and 2 adopted cats. There are 2 cats living here.

Small sunny garden, on street unrestricted parking in a quiet area. Almost equal walking distance to Tunbridge Wells train station, and High Brooms train station, around 15 min walk depending on your walk pace. About 50 mins by train to London Bridge.
Lounge with working log burner. Washing machine and Internet access.
Situated in a residential area away from busy roads. Rent includes reasonable bills..

I batch cook food for work, and sometimes I bake. I enjoy beer and wine, and the occasional G&T in the garden, as well as my burgers, pizzas, and take-aways. I do not use anti-social media as this has evaporated critical thinking and individuality. If anything is free, you are the product!
I also speak Strine, German, and some French.

May consider weekly short let (6 nights) at £350 per/week (no security deposit needed)..
