Looking for a New Housemate!
Hey! My friend is moving abroad with his family, and we’re looking for someone to take the slightly smaller double room in a house share. We’re a pretty international household (Liverpool and Canada) and both working professionals in our 30s.
Ideally, we’re looking for a female housemate who’s clean, tidy, and likes dogs. We’re both easy-going but appreciate a respectful, sociable, and considerate housemate.
Location:
The house is in Tunbridge Wells, which has great transport links to London (about a 10-15 minute walk to the station, and less than 50 minutes to London Bridge). It’s a lovely town with boutique shops, cafes, and bars. Plus, it’s just about an hour to the seaside (Hastings and other spots).
Details:
* Minimum stay: 6 months, ideally 1 year.
* The house will be available from end of September.
* Bills will be divided equally between the housemates.
* We both have demanding jobs, so we’re looking for someone who’s chilled out, easy to live with, and generally a generous and understanding housemate.
* A dog is a big part of the household!
