Lovely Double Room Available

Hi there,

We’re a professional couple with a spare double room to rent in our home in Rusthall, Tunbridge Wells. We both travel quite a bit with work, so we’re looking for someone who will treat the place like home.

The room is a good-sized double and can come either furnished or unfurnished. The house itself is on a lovely quiet street with unrestricted parking and close to local amenities (shop, café, coffee shop) and only a 25-minute walk to The Pantiles or 30 minute walk to Tunbridge Wells train station. There is also a bus which runs every 15 minutes and gets you to the station in around 10 minutes.

We’re ideally looking for someone who’s clean, tidy, and easy-going.
