Open IKEA wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, and a pine chest of drawers.
It has original stripped pine floorboards..

Share spacious kitchen/diner with fully kitted out kitchen, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, pots/pans and utensils.
Separate utility room with washing machine.
Lounge with working log burner.
Small sunny garden with side access.
Ground floor bathroom.

NOT SUITABLE FOR COUPLES.
Note that there are 2 adopted cats living in the house.
Reasonable bills included in rent.

Share with professional who sometimes works from home. I have lived in a few countries and I speak multiple languages. I enjoy the occasional wine and beer, as well as take aways now and then. I normally batch cook in the w-ends to take food to work the following week.
