Double room with private bathroom and living room

Hi!

I am currently looking for a housemate for a few months whilst my property is on the market. The room available is a double, with king size bed and comes fully furnished. There is a private bathroom and use of private living room too. The house also comes with parking and garden, and access to walking paths on doorstep. Frant station is right next to the house with trains in and out of London frequently.

Ideally looking for someone who is clean and tidy, and happy to have the odd chat. I work from home a lot and have one dog, Ted. Open to people with pets also.

As mentioned above, this is a short term rent whilst the property is to be sold, but will be sizeable notice, as no fixed date yet. Contact me if any more info is needed but is a great house!
