It has a living room large enough for the landlord to teach tango ‘occasionally’, or its good for yoga/or dance. The rent also reflects this. The spacious flat is filled with plants, window boxes and views of the gardens. A 10min walk to the train station, and central Tunbridge Wells with all amenities. There are 15 flats in the building with delightful residents, it’s a safe secure building. My landlord will arrange a brief viewing on my behalf.
