Furnished Double Room to Rent in 2-bed House

A furnished double room to rent in a two-bedroom terraced house in Tunbridge Wells, near to Southborough.

The house is located in a quiet area, which is a 10-minute walk from High Brooms and 25-minute walk from the town centre. It has a private garden with decked patio as well as off-road parking.

The spare room overlooks the back garden and includes a double bed, huge wardrobes and Sky Multiroom box. The house includes a sizeable living room, dining room and kitchen with all standard appliances (except dishwasher). I'm happy to share all appliances, including my garden barbeque in the summer! All utility bills are included in the rent, as well as wireless broadband and Sky Multiroom.

As live-in landlord I am a laid-back professional who is clean and tidy without being freakishly so! I am looking for a similar tenant.

I work in London most days but occasionally from home and like to socialise at the weekend either locally or in the city.

I am looking for a flatmate(s) to share the house with me in the short-term for four months. From August I will also be looking for tenants to rent the whole house as I am moving to London at the end of August for 12 months. However, for anyone only interested in the short-term option I'll be happy to offer the houseshare to a suitable person or couple for that period only.
