The house is down a quiet lane, 20mins walk to town/railway station. 20 mins walk to new hospital in Pembury. We are a semi retired couple who are easy going and young in-out look. We are looking for a light hearted person who will respect our home and privacy. You may use the kitchen and laundry room.
