There is a large kitchen diner with high quality, sleek appliances, with large sliding folding French windows leading out to a decking area. This is a very well finished place and warrants a viewing to appreciate how nice it is.

The house itself is located in the village of Pembury, close to the nearby post office and corner shop, and a short walk from the Tesco supermarket on the Pembury Road. There is no parking restriction, and public transport is good, with regular services running from the top of the road.
We are live out landlords, so you don't have to creep around the house when its past bedtime, all the bills are included, and that includes wireless broadband, TV license, council tax, gas, water and electricity, so the living is easy; no fuss and no worries. Oh, and a cleaner comes to clean the shared areas every two weeks and that’s included in the rent too.
