There is a modern combi boiler, so you never run out of hot water. There is a large Samsung, American style fridge freezer, and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment for those who like to cook.

The communal sitting room looks onto a large paved area to the rear, which has out-door furniture and a shed for bike storage. The garden is south facing, so its nice for enjoying the occasional BBQ or reading the paper in the sunshine.

Rents include all bills (gas, electricity, TV licence, water, unlimited broadband & council tax) and we have a regular cleaner who cleans the shared areas.

There are two family bathrooms, so there are plenty of facilities.
