The communal sitting room looks onto a large paved area to the rear, which has out-door furniture and a shed for bike storage. The garden is south facing, so its nice for enjoying the occasional BBQ or reading the paper in the sunshine.

Rents include all bills (gas, electricity, TV licence, water, unlimited broadband & council tax) and we have a regular cleaner who cleans the shared areas.

There are two family bathrooms, so there are plenty of facilities.
