Rooms to let in large centrally located house

We have a large 5 bedroom house adjoining woodland yet close to the town center in the St Johns area 10 minutes from mainline station. There is parking outside the property.
Residents have shared use of the well equipped kitchen with the landlord, but exclusive use of a separate bathroom and a shower room. The two rooms available for rent are a single and a double, both with microwave, kettle and television. All residents must be cat friendly as we have a large affectionate bengal.
We have previously been a host family for foreign students for over 40 years but are now looking for lodgers who, like us, value their independence and privacy. Please contact me on my mobile number if interested.
