The town centre is an easy walk but there is a bus stop 1 minute away. There is off street parking.

The room is a good size double room with a wardrobe, 2 bedside tables with TV/Ethernet point and has been freshly painted. Full bathroom for sole use which has a rainfall shower and rolltop bath. The room is for single occupancy only.

The property has a well equipped kitchen with modern appliances to include a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The lounge space is fantastic with a cast iron feature fire place and TV/DVD/Netflix code

The occupants are a young lady working in IT and a Chef both are very clean affable and easy to live with. They have their own en-suite

A non smoking (can smoke outside the property) clean and tidy person in full time professional employment. Someone respectful of a persons property and who has their own interests, and can live harmoniously in a shared space.

The rent includes electricity, gas, water, council tax, high speed internet and tv licence and I am flexible about the move in date.
