The property has been completely refurbished to a high standard and is located in the St Johns, a 5min walk from a late night Tesco, shops, cafe's and a bar. The town centre is an easy walk but there is a bus stop 1 minute away. There is off street parking.

The room is a good size double room with a wardrobe, 2 bedside tables with TV/Ethernet point and will be freshly painted. Full bathroom for sole use which has a rainfall shower and rolltop bath. The room is for single occupancy only.

There are two guineas but they have their own room and do not roam the property. They are neither seen, heard nor smelt.

The property has a well equipped kitchen with modern appliances to include a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The lounge space is fantastic with a cast iron feature fire place and TV/DVD/Netflix code

The occupants are a young lady working in IT and a Chef both are very clean affable and easy to live with. They have their own en-suite

A non smoking (can smoke outside the property) clean and tidy person in full time professional employment. Someone respectful of a persons property and who has their own interests, and can live harmoniously in a shared space.

The rent includes electricity, gas, water, council tax, high speed internet and tv licence and I am flexible about the move in date.
