The town centre is an easy walk but there is a bus stop 1 minute away. There is off street parking.

The room is a good size double room with a wardrobe, hanging rail, 2 bedside tables with TV/Ethernet point, the bathroom has a rainfall shower and bath. The room is for single occupancy only.

The property has a well equipped brand new kitchen with modern appliances to include a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The lounge space is fantastic with a cast iron feature fire place and TV/DVD/Netflix code

About me

I am a professional female working full time and long hours. On occasion I will have a few friends over for wine and nibbles. I like to eat out, watch films and go to the theatre.

About you

A non smoking clean and tidy person in full time non home based professional employment. Someone respectful of a persons property and who has their own interests, but enjoys sharing the occasional meal together and watching movies.

The rent includes electricity, gas, water, council tax, high speed internet and tv licence and I am flexible about the move in date.

There are no expensive agency fees just an admin fee of £80 for referencing/credit check and lodging agreement.
