The occupants are a young lady working in IT and a Chef both are very clean affable and easy to live with. They have their own en-suite

A non smoking (can smoke outside the property) clean and tidy person in full time professional employment. Someone respectful of a persons property and who has their own interests, and can live harmoniously in a shared space.

The rent includes electricity, gas, water, council tax, high speed internet and tv licence and I am flexible about the move in date.
